The Church of Victory Outreach Eagle Rock Spanish is located in North East Los Angeles California. Pastor Luis and Sonia Saenz have dedicated themselves to reaching families and hurting people within the community since 1998. Throughout the years many lives have been transformed by the love of Jesus Christ through the efforts of the local church.
